Griddle Oven Ranges

Blue Seal Evolutions Series, Waldorf and Cobra oven ranges offer a number of all-round performance commercial oven packages to meet the demands of various sized kitchens. Blue Seal and Waldorf oven ranges give years service with satisfaction, setting them apart from many other so-called heavy-duty ranges. All ranges are constructed on a full galvanised steel chassis, featuring fully framed doors, fitted with a heavy-duty hinge system for a lifetime of operation.

Capacity for 2/1 or 1/1 Gastronorm pan oven racks are available for different sized ovens. Blue Seal and Waldorf oven ranges have vitreous enamelled oven liners, featuring the highest crown height available under a cooktop, target top or griddle; available in either static or convection oven range models.

The new and improved Turbofan E931M light commercial oven range has a 4 element cooktop offers two 2kW high-speed front elements and two 1.5kW high-speed rear elements all contained with the new full hygienic pressed stainless steel top. The convection oven is a versatile oven that can roast, grill, bake and is ideal for use in compact applications that require an oven / cooktop that is versatile.
